Responsibilities: -Conduct routine maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities -Perform preventative maintenance as required -Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions -Perform general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs -Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs -Ensure safety regulations are followed Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent -2+ years of related experience -Ability to lift up to 50 pounds -Ability to stand for extended periods of time -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -Ability to work with minimal supervision Preferred Skills: -Knowledge of general maintenance and repair -Knowledge of basic safety practices -Excellent problem-solving skills -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams -Ability to use hand and power tools
